Welcome to the new and improved sonicyouthmusic.com. I originally bought the domain name and hosting space on November 7, 2000. I tried transfering over my webpage, but I just got sick of it. I wanted a easy to surf website that was somewhat professional looking. I surfed the web and saw many different ways to create a webpage. I took stuff from all of them and actually tried to learn some HTML. I knew enought HTML, but wanted to know what things stood for.
I have spent years collecting information on Sonic Youth and you can find it all here. I will be adding all of my information in the following months. If you have anything to add or want to comment on my site please email me at webmaster@sonicyouthmusic.com

The gigography is done. I have linked to it with the permission of the owner. It saves me time and it is a very good site, complete with setlists if known.
I hope to have any updates listed on the left hand side. Please feel free to contribute to this site. The lyrics are correct, unless noted. I will look at any suggestions, but I have seen most variations and don't agree with them. As for the bootography, I will be compiling it and working on it at the same time that I will be working on the discography. If you have any of the items that I don't have, I would very much appreciate the information and scans of the artwork (photographs of LPs since they are hard to scan).
