[1-4] Earache is the original label that Nocturnus was signed to.
[2] Grind crushing splatter vinyl is white with some streaks. They came back from the factory not looking at all like a splatter vinyl.
[2] The splatter vinyl is limited to 2000 copies.
[4] The CD version has 'Undead Journey' as a CD Bonus Track.
[6] The CD says Combat on side, but licensed by Relativity.
[5-8] Earache had an agreement with Relativity to distribute their stuff in the USA.
[5-8] If anyone knows anything about these issues let me know.
[9] This is a reissue by Earache UK. This is a remastered version. The back cover is layed out differently.

[3] Gatefold Black Vinyl LP. Licensed to Vinyl Collectors. Vinyl Collectors makes vinyl copies of albums that aren't made on vinyl by their original record company. This makes me wonder about a Season of Mist LP.
[4] Licensed to Necropolis Records for distribution in the USA. Came in a jewel case.
